Can I pick my order up? TOP
Yes. I am located in the Nashville area, so if you would like to pick your order up, please email me and I will refund your shipping charges and give you directions.
Do you charge sales tax? TOP
Sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders shipped to a Tennessee address.
What if I don't have a Paypal account? TOP
No problem! You do not have to have an account with Paypal to use their site to submit a Visa, Mastercard, AmEx or Discover payment.
How long does an order normally take? TOP
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom item to be made. If you need an item quickly, please contact us and we will try to accomodate you whenever possible. Do you take returns or exchanges? TOP
No, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. If we make an error in monogramming, please contact us and we will make it right! How do I know what size to choose? TOP
Please see our size charts for A-lines, capri pants, ruffle pants, shortalls & longalls. The A-line and ruffle pants tends to run a little big. The shortalls and longalls tend to run a little small. Please check the size chart to verify the best fit!! What shipping method do you use? TOP
